You ARE allowed to make Non-commercial sfw fanworks of my ocs or fan designs (non-explicit/18+ covers, art, fics, ext) and similarly transformative works (webweave collages, remixes, ext) as long as you credit me for what your recursing. Note: I do consider indirect monetization on video streaming platforms (eg Ad Revenue on YouTube or NicoNico) to be noncommercial tho :)
Tested on a Laptop with Firefox, but should work on Mobile!! Though there is light use of the hovering mainly for explaining icons and artwork dates.
